After signing two new leases in less than 48 hours, The Boutique Workplace Company is celebrating its achievement of 40 serviced office sites across the UK, bringing the group\u2019s total area to 440,000 square feet. Along with 32 Threadneedle Street in London, 9 George Square in Glasgow is the company\u2019s first building in Scotland.<\/p>\n
Based on the number of locations, Boutique is now among the top five providers of flexible workspace in London, per data provided by Spaces To Places. Specifically, almost 220,000 square feet has been added to the flexible space provider\u2019s portfolio in the UK with the acquisition and opening of 13 new locations since 2020.<\/p>\n
