Cubo, an operator of Derby flex offices, has recently\u00a0purchased a 20,000-square-foot\u00a0workplace in Glasgow. Cubo, Forma Real Estate Fund and the landlord have reached an agreement to take over the entirety of the second-floor space of Aurora, located at 120 Bothwell Street, a premier office site in the city.<\/p>\n
Forma, in collaboration with development associate HFD Group, has created the 175,000-square-foot\u00a0Aurora.<\/p>\n
The Cubo portfolio will gain about 350 desks as a result of the recent purchase. A rooftop patio, fitness center, wellness area, auditorium, town hall meeting room, and podcast studio are all part of this project.<\/p>\n
Cubo’s second location\u00a0in Scotland will be in Glasgow; its first site, Cubo Edinburgh, will open at 40 Princes Street in July 2023.<\/p>\n
