Situated in Nashville, The Malin Wedgewood-Houston<\/a> is a thoughtfully designed 16,000-square-foot coworking space, comprised of 48 dedicated desks, seven private offices, five meeting rooms and two libraries.<\/p>\n

The Malin\u2019s expansion comes after the operator made its mark in the Big Apple with three popular locations, in Soho, Williamsburg and West Village. A second Nashville space, The Malin’s Paseo South Gulch location is planned to open soon and span 12,000 square feet of space in the Bill VoorHees Building.<\/p>\n

The Malin Wedgewood-Houston space boasts a post-industrial feel due to its wooden beams, cement flooring, custom-built woodwork, eclectic furnishing and abundance of natural light. Members of this space get plenty of personalized services and tailored amenities, like management and concierge-level assistance, a kitchen, open concept workspace, private booths and printing, among others.<\/p>\n

Moreover, members of The Malin Wedgewood-Houston get access to special discounts and exciting perks at local hotspots and can organize events in the Nashville Warehouse Co.\u2019s Outfield, an acre of community park space, that also benefits from on-site parking and a fitness center.<\/p>\n
