I’ve had a great experience working out of Expansive Pioneer Square. What really sets this space apart is the team—they’re incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Any time something comes up, it’s handled quickly and professionally. The space itself is consistently clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to work in day-to-day. But more than that, there’s a real sense of community here that you don’t find in a lot of shared office environments. It doesn’t feel sterile or transactional—it actually feels like a place people enjoy being. If you’re looking for a coworking space in Seattle that combines professionalism with a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere, this is it.

It is rare to find a place that to work that invites you to feel comfortable and confident like your own home. That is Vickii and her team at Pioneer Square — WFH vibes, when you can’t WFH. I am grateful for this amazing team and Vickii’s leadership. Without it, we would have ended up in a sterile work environment. Today we had a hot chocolate station, so naturally, I made a mocha with the provided coffee!
