POOR INSULTING SALES & LEADERSHIP - My company has been a Tenant with TKO Suites Tysons since 2021. For all these years we dealth with Sandy, who had been courteous and helpful. I am very shocked and disappointed to see the current Sales mananger's rudeness and attitude to a lease renewal request. When we asked them to reconsider the Rent increase (which was more than 10% from last year), they had the audicity to say that the current rent we have is because we conned the system !! Name of their Sales Manager is Rebecca Esses Cohen. My advise would be to make sure she is not part of your negotiations and Rental Agreements. Avoid Tysons TKO at all cost, if possible. Horrible Horrible Experience. Last year they lost AC on the entire floor for more than 45 days in the peak of summer. I think the senior leadership is poor and unprofessional. AVOID THE TRAP!

Updating my previous review after 5 years. After a few years with TKO, I can confidently say that renting office space here in Tysons Corner has been an excellent experience from the very beginning. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tysons, making it incredibly convenient for meetings, dining, and easy access for both clients and team members. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the people. The management team is exceptional, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about creating a positive and productive environment for everyone. The front desk team is equally amazing, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They make a lasting impression not only on tenants but also on every guest who walks through the door. The office spaces are well-maintained, comfortable, and designed to support productivity and growth. Whether you are just starting your business or looking to expand into a larger space, this is a fantastic option. There is truly something here for everyone. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional, supportive, and well-managed office environment.
