The intelligent office staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and technologically advanced with screen presentations in conference room.

This location was listed on the SpeedX app as a drop-off point. When I first went inside, I asked the front desk lady if I could drop off my packages, and she said yes. There was also a sign on the door indicating that the location accepted packages for different carriers. After dropping off my packages, I checked the tracking and noticed there was no information indicating they had been shipped. I went back to the location to find out what had happened. The same lady then told me that they did not accept my packages and said she would call her coworker from HR. I later found out that my packages had been held there for about five days. What was most concerning was the attitude of the HR employee who was holding my packages. She told me, “We don’t accept these packages.” I asked her why the SpeedX app listed this location as a drop-off point and why the front desk employee had confirmed that they accepted the packages. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation, she was rude and unprofessional. She even threatened to throw my packages in the trash. This was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. If a business is listed as a carrier drop-off location, customers should be able to trust that information and receive clear, consistent answers from the staff. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location for package drop-offs.

Intelligent Office saved me from 160 miles and $$ tolls/day! I was in a bind and needed a location with secured WiFi access. I searched competitors and IO came in at the top. I reserved a space for 4 days on last minute notice. Priya was the most friendly and professional office manager I’ve ever encountered. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her during my time at IO. The office space is clean and quiet. The parking is amazing (covered and not). The common space is well stocked with coffee/tea and other drinks. It is well located for lunch trips and/or food delivery with many options nearby. If you’re looking for long term space or just an ad-hoc space in Manassas, look no further than Intelligent Office. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The owners are very welcoming, the facilities are clean and modern, the building is secure, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend for any small business owner looking for a professional office setting where everything is taken care of for you and with the confidence that you will be treated like family.
