I love working out of 25n because it’s a great place to get work done. It can be really hard to focus at home or a coffee shop and it’s nice to meet new people at their events or just by connecting with people when you’re here. The space has a ton of different work areas so you can work where you’re most comfortable. I run a marketing agency and 25n has also been great for me to host meetings, events, or have photo shoots.

Great place Nelissa The manager is awesome. She showed me around gave me all the information of what I needed to know and convince me that I need to be there! No high-pressure sales just great information. Highly professional service and a great location. I’m moving my business here and to have people that to work with that are so professional is really comforting!

I booked The Boardroom for my client's summer planning day and it was PERFECT!! The location is amazing and the space was so conducive to the work we wanted to accomplish. I was able to connect to the TV for sharing videos, the white board helped us brainstorm and stay organized, and all of the amenities kept us caffeinated, hydrated, and feeling at home. I will definitely use this space again when I'm in town with my clients.

I needed to secure a meeting space on very short notice and 25N came in clutch! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and they have a variety of meeting rooms available either for one-time use cases or those looking for a daily office space. Great location in downtown Waco with lots of parking availability nearby.
