I’ve only been at Lucid for a couple of months, but it’s been great so far. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Prices and reasonable and include a lot of services other office spaces charge extra for. Office space itself is beautiful.

I have been running my law practice out of this space since April 2024, and my experience has been exceptional. The environment is consistently quiet, professional, and secure. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. It is a welcoming and professional space for meeting with clients and handling my day-to-day work. I highly recommend it.

The fact that I renewed my lease with Lucid says that they are great at what they do. They are super fast at assisted me when needed! Thank you Lucid Edited 2026 - I terminated my contract because I changed my company info and bank info. I tried to make sure I changed the info with every account BUT somehow I overlooked Lucid. The change caused the May 2026 auto payment of $75.00 to not clear because I hadn't changed the information via autopay. I wasn't receiving emails regarding the matter. Lucid did not call nor text. I happen to log into my bank account for something else which made me catch the error. Apparently, so much had change with Lucid as well but again I had not been receiving emails because they still had my old email address. I immediately reached out to Lucid to see what the issue was. I paid the account up to date May payment. I paid the bank for the bounced $75. I paid Lucid $50 for returned check. And I asked to waived the $7.50 late fee. The entire issue was being handled via email because Lucid addresses a phone call. During addressing the issue. I did get the current invoice requesting balance due by July 1st. Apparently, Lucid decided to suspend the account on June 25th. Remind you I had a invoice advised to pay all by July 1st. I was handling the acct issue on June 23 and 24th. There was NO NOTICE of upcoming suspension. I took care of everything prior to July 1st. Account balance back at 0.00. Long time customer. New bill come up for August 1st with a "suspension fee" of $25.00. Smh. The acct wasnt even suspended for 24 hours. Now I have to pay another fee. All of this over 1 month past due payment. I advised I shouldn't have to pay that. I already paid out more than what the service cost. However, I was referred to the terms and agreement and advised that they want customers to take accountability. Well end result is I terminated a 2 to 3 year investment that advised me about accountability. I see the current reviews. It definitely looks like the reviews were asked for all during a timeframe. Be careful with that timeframe of all good reviews at one time. There is even a review completed by the regional manager with a 5 stars. If anything just pay them direct and dont do autopay cause autopay can cause a bad relationship. Had I paid on my own the error most likely wouldn't have happened. Then I saw a previous 1 star review. Lucid stated that they are very transparent about their fees to the reviewer. That is a false statement. Based on what just happened to me. That is absolutely not true. Those fees start hitting me left and right because a payment didnt go through for literally only 1 month out of 3 years on autopay. And discussed with staff I was referred to the terms and conditions of the agreement and advised about accountability.
