⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had a great experience at Common Desk Richardson. A special shoutout to Uroosa, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. She consistently provides excellent service and helps make the space feel like a true community. The location is fantastic... right off US-75 and Renner Road, making it very easy to get to from anywhere in the area. The workspace is always clean, well-maintained, and professional, with plenty of room to be productive. I also enjoy having a restaurant on-site and appreciate that membership includes access to fitness facilities. While I haven't used the gym yet, it's a great benefit to have available when needed. Overall, Common Desk Richardson offers a great combination of convenience, amenities, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and flexible workspace in the Richardson area.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Common Desk. I scheduled a tour of their office for a work event I have coming up, but when I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I waited for about 20 minutes, and still no one appeared. I texted and called the number listed on the “At a Meeting” sign, and no one has reached out to me. I left for about 20 minutes, came back before the hour was up, and waited another 20 minutes. No one ever appeared at the front desk. I scheduled this tour as part of my work duties and ended up wasting an entire hour waiting around and trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but I am disappointed.

Best people and staff you could ask for. I love the culture here and have recommended it to many friends. They can also rent you a space to host a meeting, even if you are not a member. The beautiful building, parking garage, gym, pickleball court, and adjacent Richardson walking trail are added benefits.

I consistently recommend this place to other friends as a great place out of which to office!
