Please do your research before choosing this location. I was a tenant here till I vacated my room in October last year and still have not received my refund – 8 months later. I have tried my best to work in a kind, patient, collaborative way for 8 months but kept getting false promises by email and text and I still haven't got my refund. I let them know I was about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Plano Police Department and gave them an opportunity to send me the refund so they wouldn't be blind -sided, but it hasn't worked. If you’ve already signed up with them please consider these suggestions… 1. Get a signed receipt for your security deposit 2. When you vacate get a signed and dated acknowledgement that you have vacated and met all requirements 3. Don’t believe them if they say they will refund your deposit or have refunded your deposit. Check your accounts. 4. Preferably get a paper check or money order for your refund 5. Keep a record of all emails and text messages in case you need to file a police case I’m hoping others can learn from my experience and avoid this kind of hassle. There are lots of other office space locations which will hopefully not steal your money.

I use VentureX for my business virtual address and although I am not there each day, every time I come to pick up my mail, the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and smells amazing! Laycee is so great with remembering me each time and always offering for me to join their community events. I finally took her up on the offer and celebrated national donut day! Thank you Laycee and venture x staff!
