This place was great for both me and our company. The room we were in was the perfect size and the space is just really great overall

I have really enjoyed renting here. The location is great, the space is clean and modern and it’s very affordable for what you get. The landlord has been great to work with because he communicates well (fast & easy to get ahold of) and is always quick to address any issues that I may have. I like that he is very understanding and never makes me feel like I am a burden when I need to ask any questions or bring anything to his attention. I made a good decision in choosing the social lofts for my space and I hope to be here for a while! Thanks, Chase!

We have rented at Social Lofts for several years now. We love the space! We do a lot of interviews in the shared conference room and everyone compliments the style and design of the place. If there is ever an issue the management is quick to fix it. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a shared office space. We have wonderful friendly office neighbors too!

I love the space I use for my private practice in counseling. Chase Marberry is so amazing and professional, he goes above and beyond to get people’s needs met. My clients always compliment the room and the lobby. It’s always so clean and I love the energy of the place. I hope I can stay there for the long haul! :)

I needed a quiet professional office with fast internet, flexible terms, and affordable pricing… so naturally I accidentally started a coworking business. Honestly though, Social Lofts turned out exactly like the kind of office space I always wished existed in Lubbock. Private offices, good people, no weird corporate vibe, and month-to-month options. Also the owner is incredibly handsome and occasionally fixes things himself. (Unfortunately, I am the owner.)
