It is conveniently located at the edge of downtown with its own parking garage, making access stress-free and convenient. Professional and well-equipped executive suites with a variety of conference room sizes — perfect for meeting the needs of my law practice and clients. The added bonus of a food court and gym makes it easy to grab a quick meal and stay active without ever leaving the office.

In April had the pleasure of working with Jessica, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Jessica was always available to answer my questions and followed up promptly on every detail. Her professionalism, responsibility, and genuine care made the entire rental process much less stressful. I truly appreciated her support and dedication. Highly recommended!

Hands down the easiest experience of my life to sign a lease for my photography studio in the Lyric Tower. I’ve had 4 other leases for my studio in the past and none have included any of the amenities Lyric Works includes! I have to say that the best amenity is Jessica the Manager of Lyric Works - she is INCREDIBLE - this woman has been so encouraging and supportive in my search for the perfect space! Not only did she listen to what I actually need - she had solutions as well as her IDEAS of how the space could ultimately serve my business in so many ways I never even thought of! Mind blown after touring with her. Working on several amazing projects now because of her ideas! I had been searching (for nearly 5 months before I toured Lyric Works) downtown for a space that had no windows/natural light since it will need to be blacked out for my lighting equipment, etc. During this search, not one other Manager or Leasing Agent ever cared enough to listen to that crucial detail or my own needs, much less help me so much with my decision! She is so patient and kind and I literally feel like it’s the best decision I’ve made for my business. Like so many others have mentioned - Lyric Works is so much more than just a building. It’s a community where they actually care about you and want you to thrive! I am so happy I met Jessica and she has been truly amazing in so many ways! I will be forever grateful!

Excellent place to be around I haven't been inside but then again I'm homeless and I sleep here sometimes getting ready to handle the cold but I don't think this place is going to keep me out of the cold I got to find a different spot but for right now I'm just resting

Lyric works is a tremendous facility. My firm's main office is in Dallas. With Lyric Works we are able to maintain a swanky Houston presence and have all the amenities as if we had rented the entire building floor. Jessica the property manager, and Evelyn who works the front desk provide exceptional support. WE considered many options prior to resigning our lease for an additional term, and their presence in addition to the facilities made renewal a no-brainer. Additionally, the space has recently undergone a facelift so it provides a more modern space where we can meet with clients. There are multiple conference rooms, a kitchen, and an answering/mail service all of which add to the professional downtown feel of the space. I would highly recommend Lyric Works for your downtown office needs, it is easy to access for clients, it has easy parking and is located next to plenty of food options.
