Lauren is a rockstar
Terrible customer service, non-responsive to multiple inquiries regarding booking space. Issues with website were ignored. Space booked far in advance, misleading "access" as many offices occupied with term tenants.
I was highly impressed with this space, and meeting Lauren was a plus. She had such positive energy and was very kind and helpful. This was my first time visiting this location and my very first time working from a Lucid Private Office. I cannot believe I did not know such an amazing organization existed. I am looking forward to booking in the future, and I am considering a membership. Thank you for making my time here worthwhile!
