WRONG ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF THIS PROPERTY

Lived at the Richmond Terrace (1840 Richmond) property for 2 years. In the 2 years I lived there: -My apartment was flooded on Christmas Eve and no one answered the phone for days, until I finally had to move to an upstairs apartment in which I was charged $50 more a month - when I got to the upstairs apartment, it was RAT infested and did not receive any help from PM Lisa to remove them. Had to receive help from a family member just to get one out. Asked them to send an exterminator, they only sent one out for a consultation and he never returned. - Tried to evict me for being a month EARLY on rent. PM was charging me last month rent concurrently with normal rent . when I was done paying for last month’s rent, instead being a professional and capable landlord and checking their books to make sure rent was indeed late, put a embarrassing letter on my door to evict me then when confronted about it argued with me until it was proven that I was right. - Asked for a deposit the same amount as the rent, and never returned the deposit after move out, despite the apartment being spotless and undamaged. Save your peace of mind and move into better living conditions for the same amount of money. Not these slumlord apartments

Dude ripped me off on a app. Fee. And he wasn't nice about it.! Dude looked like a lady...I'm confused.!

Ever since they changed management my ac has not been working for 9 months now. Do not move here. I never complain. But this problem keeps happening. They said they fix it but it not fixed. I have hot days and hot nights.

Leasing manager Lisa Gonzalez is helpful and nice. Had a good experience with her and renting my apartment. Will definitely consider her and the rental co. again.
