We are coming up on a year of having an office space here and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. With the amenities, service, events, ambiance, and location my team has been absolutely ecstatic to come into work every day. Vanessa is a huge reason for our satisfaction!! She goes above and beyond daily and always has an incredible attitude. That is rare these days!!

Irving location- The place was nice and the assistant is really good as well. I don’t like the fact that once your contract is up they don’t allow you to part ways. I signed a 6mnths contract bc that’s what is feasible for my tax business and l would have came back every tax season with six months in office and six months out of office but due to the fact that they force you to stay even after written notices to leave, plus they also tried to raise the rent without any emails or communication as well. I will take my business elsewhere. It’s not fair to force someone to pay for space they’re not using. So if you’re looking for a work space that doesn’t try to hold you hostage after completing your lease then this is not the place for you.
