I work on the 13th floor at Regency Plaza, and package mix-ups used to be a bit of a hassle. Nya has taken it upon herself to personally deliver any misdirected packages down to our office. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made a huge difference, ensuring that nothing important ever goes missing. I really appreciate the attentiveness.
