The room is designed for video teleconferences around a semi-circle shaped table, and also has audio conference equipment, a large presentation screen and large whiteboard for collaborative work, as well as retractable privacy shades on all windows. The meeting room is just inside the suite entrance doors and near the kitchen and reception.
