The space is always immaculate and bright. Taylor is on the spot every day making sure we have what we need.

We have been at e|Spaces Brentwood for almost three months and they have been so accommodating. Taylor is always helpful and makes sure everyone has everything they need. First time in a shared office environment and it has been a great experience!

Never had used a shared workspace before, so hard to compare but I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Brentwood location. Going on 6 months as a tenant now, I believe I’d be happy here permanently. Somehow I’ve found myself enjoying the space I will come in on days not mandated. The space is perfectly clean and professional, refreshments are stocked daily, and custodians clean the bathroom at midday which is better than any office I’ve worked in prior. The layout feels spacious and big and the hallways separate spaces well to seemingly increase the square footage and privacy when you need it. It’s fun interacting with new people every day and I’ve made many new connections working here. What sets this location apart is the location manager, who I can only assume is heaven-sent from my experience with her. Taylor White has set the gold standard as the office manager. No tenant receives anything less than white glove service and professionalism from her - but she also works hard to get to know each and everyone of her tenants and their respective businesses. She goes out of her way to make each tenant feel special and welcome. I can only speak for myself but I can see other tenant’s days are brightened by her presence. It’s a joy to be greeted each morning with an enthusiastic (and authentic) friendly smile walking out of the elevator. It’s no surprise occupancy is skyrocketing and I recommend coming in to take a look before it’s too late. I’m not financially responsible for our space but I understand rates to be entirely reasonable and I cannot recommend this location and location manager enough.

I can’t say enough good things about E|Spaces Brentwood. My experience here has been exceptional from the very beginning. The team is incredibly attentive and has taken care of everything I’ve needed since day one. I highly recommend this space—it’s professional, well-maintained, and ideal for meeting with clients. A special thank you to Alivia, who has been especially helpful and welcoming to both me and my clients.
