I came to Philly for a couple of days and needed a private work space for the day. The Yard was perfect! Booking was seamless and it met all my needs while I was there. I highly recommend this place if you need a space to work.
Great coworking space!
This space is awful, especially in comparison to the WeWork across the street. If you are looking for a day pass I would suggest looking elsewhere. You will have difficulty gaining access to this building because they don't have anyone regularly staffed at the desk. As far as the facility itself, things are just ok. There are no electrical outlets in the phone booths. Furniture was dirty cheap looking. Don't expect to find anything about WIFI either, I used my hot spot while I was there. No one was available at the front desk the entire time I was there to ask about it.
Worst coworking space.. avoid if possible. Keycard always disable. You’ll be locked out on the weekend.
