DO NOT RENT HERE. TKO Suites has engaged in what I believe to be illegal conduct toward tenants, including wrongfully withholding our security deposit without proper documentation, justification, or itemized statement — all of which are required by law in most states. After move-out, management went completely silent. Calls unanswered. Emails ignored. No itemized deduction list was provided within the legally required timeframe, which in most states means the landlord forfeits their right to keep any portion of the deposit and may owe double or triple damages. This is not a misunderstanding — this is a pattern. Other tenants have reported the same treatment. TKO Suites takes advantage of renters who may not know their rights, counting on them to walk away.
