Beautiful, well designed co-working space. Staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. After sampling various co-working spaces around the city, I've been coming here for a couple of weeks now, and it has improved my life and made me happier and more productive. I look forward to going to the office in a way that I had never expected. In the modern world, where we stopped building beautiful things, and where lowering costs gets prioritized over aesthetics, the Malin sticks out. You don't know what you are missing.

I’m always looking for a dope coworking space. I stayed in Times Square for a few days and wanted to work outside of the hotel room. It was about a twenty minute walk. Didn’t want to catch an uber because the prices were about $40 just one way. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of with a day pass. I absolutely loved the phone booths. I got a lot of work done by having my privacy. They have all types of coffee and tea selections. The almond cake was delicious! I learned later on this is considered a luxury coworking space, and the attention to detail definitely caught my eye. Highly recommend! One of the best coworking spaces I’ve visited so far.

We recently hosted an event at The Malin and had a great experience. The space is beautiful, polished, and ideal for an intimate professional gathering. The team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. Our guests had a wonderful experience, and the setting helped create a thoughtful and elevated atmosphere. We really appreciated the support from The Malin team and would highly recommend the space for professional events and community gatherings.

I love the Malin! The staff are truly the best, always smile when I walk into the office, know everything about me and genuinely feel like friends. I have to be in office five days a week, the Malin team has taken something that would’ve been a difficult task into something that I look forward to everyday. And by the way, did I mention how pretty it is!
