We are into our first year lease at Select Office Suites at their 1115 Broadway location, and we are happy with the arrangement. The biggest positive is that everything works as advertised. Doors, heat, AC, kitchen, package delivery, and cleaning services. Any additional needs are quickly met, and the staff is very responsive.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Select Office Suites. I have been with them for 3 years now, and have moved into bigger and bigger offices each year. They've been with me and my team every step of the way and have been a huge part of our growth. The team is responsive, positive, and we always feel like we are getting the best, above-and-beyond service possible with a smile. Our business requires a lot of deliveries and inventory and they get everything to us in a timely manner, help when we have events or tech questions and so much more. the facilities are clean, designed well and always impressive when we bring clients in for meetings. We love being at Select Office Suites and we love having them as part of the KLC team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been renting studio space with Select Office Suites since 2023 and have had an excellent experience from day one. I’ve worked out of both their Financial District location and now their Flatiron location, and the consistency in quality and support has been amazing. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. From moving into my room to day-to-day needs, they’ve gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They are truly accommodating and supportive of small business owners, which has made a huge difference as I continue to grow my business. I’m so grateful to be part of a space that feels well-run, supportive, and genuinely invested in its tenants’ success. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a studio space with a great team behind it.

If 0 stars were possible, this is what I would give it. There is an older woman who works there — I’m not sure if she’s the receptionist or not, but she answers the phone and also comes down to answer the front door, when you call. She was one of the nastiest, rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. She treats people like they are subhuman. Please do not book with this place if you want to be treated with basic human decency. Avoid at all costs. For context: I called earlier in the day and asked if I could come in to view the office space and do a tour of the facility. She told me to come in before 5 PM. I confirmed with her several times over the phone that I was coming in before 5. I even rushed all the way down there and left work early to make it on time. I arrived in the pouring rain — before 5 — and when I came in, she told me I needed to come on a different day, and that she never told me to come in that day. That alone wasn’t the issue — it was her tone and how she spoke to me the moment I stepped in. When I walked in and greeted her with “Hi, how are you,” she instantly pointed her finger at the door and told me to leave. she was aggressive and nasty just from a single "hi, how are you". she then proceeded to treat me I was a dog or an animal— pointing her finger at me, trying to shoo me away our of the building, and being incredibly nasty from the moment I walked in. This woman is a Karen in every sense of the word, and I advise NO ONE to step foot in this facility. I will be reporting her and the facility to the Better Business Bureau, as well as taking other appropriate measures.

My friend had an extremely upsetting, racist discriminatory encounter with the older blonde woman who answers the phones and handles entry on Sundays. This behavior is unacceptable. Please report, and spread the word. An environment like this should not cultivated within any business yet alone in 2025, or in New York City.
