Nice functional office with shared areas and carved out office space. The bldg is a Class A bldg but it is Manhattan Henry and Faridy make an amazing team Highly recommend this location

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience Had a great experience with Jay Suites. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Jack was a pleasure to work with, professional, attentive, and very easy to communicate with I literally called him late night and he got it ready for the next morning, including food and everything. I was there with my team, and the environment made it easy for us to focus and make real progress. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and handled with care. Highly recommend J Suites to anyone looking for quality service and a productive workspace. Thanks again!

Jay Suites was a complete disappointment for business meetings that require functional technology. Our company rented a conference room for a 2-day business meeting and experienced constant technical failures that wasted significant time and disrupted our meetings. The display and audio systems were unreliable, and the staff clearly did not understand how to connect standard business laptops to their equipment. We dealt with repeated screen-sharing issues, audio problems, and even power outlets that did not work, preventing attendees from charging or using their laptops properly. During day 2 of our meetings, the room’s audio system failed about two hours into a session. We were forced to rely on a laptop’s built-in speakers for the remainder of the meeting, resulting in distorted, unprofessional sound. This is completely unacceptable given the premium price charged for the room. If Jay Suites is marketing itself as a professional conference space, their staff must be trained to support basic AV setups across different computers and ensure that meetings can run without interruption. That standard was not met, not even close. We contacted Jay Suites twice requesting compensation for the significant issues and were completely ignored. Being disregarded after paying a substantial amount only reinforces how poorly this situation was handled. I strongly advise against using Jay Suites for any business meetings that depend on reliable technology or competent support.
