Day Office 1441 | Jay Suites Financial District

I would have gladly given Jay Suites Financial District five stars based on how easy the booking process was and how nicely designed and professional the room looked. The décor is modern and the reservation system was seamless. Unfortunately, the cleanliness completely changed my experience. When I arrived, it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or sanitized between clients. There was visible food residue on the glass desk, suggesting someone had eaten in the room shortly before my reservation. For a professional workspace, that is unacceptable. Additionally, the attendant at the front desk was eating when I arrived and seemed preoccupied. I felt as though I was interrupting them simply by checking in, which made the welcome feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. With better attention to sanitation and front desk professionalism, this location could easily deliver a five-star experience.

Heartless people, they dont see people just numbers. They charge me 3 months rent on a empty office after i moved out because my notice wasn’t accepted. My notice was 60 days but they charged an extra month because the month was already started. All guests also complained they were mistreated by the front desk on the ground floor. Dont recommend.

They were such a huge help with a lot of last minute changes. Staff was great and the room was perfect! Will definitely use them again!
