We left Jay Suites amicably in early 2025. Unfortunately they have not returned our security deposit in full. They made a bogus deduction for a provision in the lease that does not exist. Despite our best efforts to contact the controller and owner, they have ignored us. Very disappointing. I thought this group was more professional than this.
