We recently hosted a seminar in New York and chose this venue, and the entire experience worked with Jay Conference Chelsea team from start to finish was truly outstanding! From the very beginning, the team, especially Miguel demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They communicated with us in detail, asking about attendee numbers, company information, and all event specifics. They were proactive in helping us plan ahead and provided very thoughtful guidance on the setup and flow of the event. On the day of the event, everything was executed seamlessly. Staff were on-site to guide guests and a clear signage at the entrance made navigation extremely easy. Every detail, from floor directions to room setup, was carefully handled. The venue itself was fully equipped. Seating, AV equipment, and all technical arrangements were ready in advance. Even refreshments such as water and fruit platters were prepared ahead of time exactly as requested. After the event, the cleanup was handled efficiently by their team, which made the entire process incredibly stress-free for us from beginning to end. Overall, this was a perfect example of what true professionalism and attention to detail look like. Whether for small meetings or larger seminars, they offer flexible spaces and well-prepared setups for different types of events. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host an event in New York. Thank you again Jay Conference Chelsea team!

I just used this Jay Suites workspace location for two days of executive meetings for my team. Phylicia and Juda were absolutely amazing. The space is gorgeous. and their customer service is next level. We will definitely be back!

Daniel at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Great space for working meetings and overall professional vibe. All amenities working (wifi, screen share in room, camera, etc). Clean and stocked kitchen with coffee and water (still and sparkling on tap). Only thing to note is women's bathrooms are incredibly small. I'm short and my knees reached the door when sitting down. You're basically holding hands with the person in the next stall, but it functions! I would recommend this place, regardless of the bathrooms.
