Abysmal service. Booked a day pass and checked in but they didn’t add us into the building. Nobody ever seems to work at the desk so you can’t call them. Their Google phone number leads to a full mailbox. The other option is AI called Sara that ultimately forces you to communicate by text. The person by text escalated by email. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while they sent emails back and forth to each other. Their mobile website is cropped so you can’t even see the phone numbers at this specific location. Maybe their offices are good, but their service is an absolute nightmare. Missed a meeting and I will absolutely never trust them to be organized enough for me to plan an actual important call or meeting here.

Generally great spaces but wildly unresponsive to needs and issues. We booked a conference room and reception for the building wasn’t informed so we weren’t able to get in. No one answered their phone. Their voicemail inbox was full. Tried to buy office space before this and their sales team didn’t respond after the first email. Would advise avoiding.

I completely fell in love with Bond Collective. The space is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and full of inspiring details that boost creativity and focus. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you need to work comfortably. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Romina, who was absolutely amazing attentive, kind, and very professional. The entire staff was polite and helpful. Without a doubt, this coworking space gets a 10 out of 10. I would come back a thousand times!

It’s a very comfortable space, and the people are incredibly helpful and attentive. I love that there are different areas and meeting rooms, with private spaces perfect for meetings and focused work. The host’s attention to detail is amazing, and the snack bar is a great touch. The bathrooms are well-equipped, especially for women, which I think is a fantastic initiative.
