My original review was based almost entirely on Francisco's tireless, exemplary work and attention to detail as general manager. As he is no longer with Bond Collective, I will wait to see if our positive experience continues without him. Cautiously optimistic. Our office is based at Bond Collective, and we have had a terrific experience. I think the first and most important element is the staff. Raina, who keeps our office and common areas immaculate and also makes sure that the fresh fruit, spa water, coffee, and snacks are always stocked. Francisco is the general manager, and he does an exceptional job. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that all of the tenants have everything they need. He is such a pleasure to work with. When we had our company Christmas Party, he coordinated with our caterer to make sure everything was handled. The night of the party, he stayed late to make sure everything went off without a hitch. He is not only professional but very personable and seems to know all of the tenants by name. He also plans monthly events to break up the monotony. These range from trivia nights to happy hours and wine tastings. There are also weekly bagels and freshly-baked cookies. The facilities are also exceptional. As a shared space, there are a lot of amenities to take advantage of. Two large, gracious common areas, one on the third and one on the fourth floor. Both have full kitchens with dishes and flatware. The fourth floor has complimentary beer and kombucha on tap, as well as a machine that makes a variety of espresso-based drinks. Both are well stocked with complimentary fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks. On the third floor, there are also some smaller conference rooms and private booths to conduct phone and video calls. On the fourth floor, there are large conference rooms equipped for video conferencing as well as additional private booths. There are color copiers in the common area as well. There is a brand new state-of-the-art copier arriving next month. We could not be happier with our experience at Bond Collective and highly recommend it to other businesses that want to have flexibility but enjoy all of the amenities of a large office.

I work at 55 Broadway, and it has been a terrific experience. From their warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to their impeccable facilities, the common rooms are beautiful. The meeting rooms are state-of-the-art. Whenever we have meetings here, our guests are always impressed. There is free coffee and snacks, and small special events are held each month to break up the monotony. A special shout-out to Camille, who is always available to answer your questions or concerns. And to Carmen, who is so friendly and gracious and keeps the building immaculate. And Greg, who has a smile for everyone who comes in in the morning. All of the staff is great, I just don’t know everyone by name.
