I typically love Jay Suites. Today - we had no AC in our room. It's in the 80s outside. We had to leave our door open to get some air. There was a meeting next to us that also had to leave their door open - so it was very distracting. I asked that the person at the front desk split up the two groups so that we were far enough away that we could not hear each other - he said he had to call his manager and then never came back. We called the host and he ghosted us. We tried chatting on line with Jay Suites and they never got back to us. The AV didn't work (tv was glitchy, mic/speaker wasn't sufficient for the room size). Very dissapointing.

Been working here for a little more than a year, has been fantastic for location, the working space, and truly the staff that makes it all possible. Joseph, Henry , Cherise, Daniela, and Jade are ESSENTIAL to making this amazing Jay Suites just go above and beyond. Looking forward to sticking around with their team
