Every time I have gone in to get fingerprinted, the people (especially the lady) have been extremely rude. Snapping at you when you don’t know what to do, shouting at you during the process, being upset if you are early for your appointment… I never really leave google reviews but I just had a friend go in and the lady was mean to her too. Just wanted to warn people so they can (hopefully) have a better experience than we did!

These folks are simply the BEST!! They are always there to help me with plans, cards, stickers, decals, invoices.. you name it!! Hands down would recommend them any day!! Thank you guys!!

I've been here many times and have never been treated bad. In fact, they've been really helpful when I didn't know what to do.

We just experienced the most disagreeable and ornery person working at Print Plus. My granddaughter, who just turned 18, went in to get fingerprinted for her first job. The woman yelled at her because she didn't have her ID out and ready for her to look at. (No one else was in the store) For the remainder of her time there, the employee was rude, brusque, and grumpy to my granddaughter, who was nothing but pleasant and cooperative. If you have a choice of where to go for fingerprints, choose elsewhere. If you do have to go here, beware. You will probably get verbally abused by this employee.
