I've been a member at Essex Suites for a while now and it consistently exceeds expectations. Finding quality office space in the suburbs that doesn't lock you into a long-term lease or charge Manhattan prices felt impossible — until I found this place. The private offices are well-appointed with sit/stand desks, fast and reliable internet (both wired and Wi-Fi), and everything you need to stay productive from day one. The conference room is a great bonus — easy to book, professional, and a real upgrade from trying to host clients at a coffee shop. Free parking on-site is something I genuinely didn't realize I'd appreciate so much until I had it every single day. But honestly? The thing that makes Essex Suites truly special is Elenis. As the office manager, she sets the tone for the entire space. She's warm, incredibly responsive, and actually remembers who you are and what you need. Whether it's a last-minute conference room booking, a package that needs handling, or just making sure the space is running smoothly — Elenis is on it. She brings a level of professionalism and genuine hospitality that you simply don't find at the big national coworking chains. The kitchen and lounge area are clean and comfortable, and the vibe strikes exactly the right balance: quiet and focused, but never sterile or isolating. It's clear that the founders built this space because they needed it themselves, and that intentionality shows in every detail — and in every person they've chosen to run it. If you're a consultant, entrepreneur, remote professional, or small team tired of working from home or overpaying for space you don't need — this is your answer. Best co-working space! It is quiet with nice offices and kitchen. The staff and owners are so responsive. I am so glad I switched from Regus!

I super like our office with the big window. Makes the room bright and lively, a great place to work. Not to mention the free coffee I drink every day. The entire building is clean. I also commend the general manager, Elenis; she is very friendly and accommodating! She is the go-to person in the building!

Been using their services for a little of a year now. The office manager is very prompt, accessible, and courteous. Facility is clean and quiet. Internet access is plenty fast. Easy to book and schedule the conference room using the app. Reasonable rates! Mail is secured in a locked box and/or behind the manager's desk/vault - unlike many similar facilities where it's left out in the open or in a shared-access mailroom with client cubbies. You have to pay a small fee plus postage if you want to have incoming mail forwarded. Highly recommend!

I was a resident here for four years. The parking is great. The facility itself is immaculate. The staff is friendly. The service is unbelievable. Motorized raising and falling desks, comfortable chairs, great amenities for guests. No wonder they won co-working space BEST OF ESSEX 2024.
