The Dillardl Room is equipped for corporate trainings, community classes, parties, board meetings, strategic planning and more. Cancellations with more than 14 business days' notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 business days in advance are non-refundable; however, our team will work with you to reschedule your booking for a later date within the next 6 months. Please note that only one reschedule request will be accommodated. Cancellations due weather closures: In the event that we are not able to safely staff The Loading Dock during your booking, we will apply a credit for a future booking within the next 6 months. I found the loading dock while traveling and needed a place to get some work done. Super friendly staff! Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Tons of space to work and all the amenities you'd need.

Great meeting area that had enough room for everyone. The tech setup was also a breeze with setup/breakdown happening extremely fast. Already planning to come back here in the future for events
