All conference rooms are equipped with HD TVs, enterprise level Wi-Fi, Apple TVs, HDMI cords, white boards, markers, and more to ensure a smooth and productive meeting. PLEASE NOTE: Conference rooms are only available for the public during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. If you need to book outside of these hours, please contact events@theloadingdock.com. Cancellations with more than 14 business days' notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 business days in advance are non-refundable; however, our team will work with you to reschedule your booking for a later date within the next 6 months. Please note that only one reschedule request will be accommodated. Cancellations due weather closures: In the event that we are not able to safely staff The Loading Dock during your booking, we will apply a credit for a future booking within the next 6 months. I would like to leave a review for a member of the staff named Daryl. Every time that I am greeted by him at the front desk I know that I am going to have a good day and that my company is in good hands. Should we need any assistance with anything. Truly, a great staff hire! Could not recommend enough. This place does a lot of little things to try to make it special and to keep everyone who works here connected. I genuinely appreciate the consideration that the people who work with loading dock give our business and always feel that there is someone that I can come to and address any problem or concern with overall.

Shane Tillet is always a friendly, welcoming face. He’s incredibly personable and attentive, always checking in to see if anyone needs anything and making sure people are taken care of. He’s creates a positive experience for everyone around him.

This was the best business decision I made all year. Being a member at The Loading Dock 1053 has been a great experience since day 1. The space is set up intelligently to support a very productive work space while also supporting a feeling of community for the members. There are so many member events every month as well and delicious food too! I enjoy the coffee and kombucha daily as well :) It's an awesome place to work.

A really cool spot. Went here for a training, and had lunch at the Humming Bird. Parking was easy.
