I have used this space multiple times for conferences. Venture X is in an ideal location, central in Greensboro and Guilford County. Green Valley is an excellent location for this office share. There is more than enough parking. Not one of my clients has struggled to find the space. The meeting space has always perfectly suited my needs. I love the flair they add by putting my firm name/logo on the screen in the space. Carson at the front desk knows me every time I come in which is only somewhat frequently. He also is very kind and warm when welcoming my clients. He and Venture X have lots of grace if my appointments run a touch over. Booking is super easy, literally could not be easier.

After roughly 8 follow-up calls leading up to my decision to move forward, I scheduled a tour and spoke with Jeremiah. During that conversation, he asked me, unprompted, whether murderers would be walking into the building, based solely on the fact that I practice criminal defense law. What was actually disappointing beyond the offensiveness of the question is that it reflected a fundamental lack of due diligence. JUVENILE Criminal defense is one part of my practice, I meet with youth & their parents and have never had any "safety" concerns. Cybersecurity law and regulatory compliance take up the majority of my time. A 30-second Google search would have made that clear. I was told I'd receive a quote the same day as the tour. A week passed. I followed up by email. The response I received was that management had 'gone in another direction', with no prior communication, no explanation, and after I had already invested significant time in their process as well as declining other opportunities available. The assumption was insulting. The follow-through was worse.
