I moved our offices to Expansive 4 years ago. Since then we've had a wonderful experience with the entire team. The building is always clean and cozy. Victoria is available and helpful whenever assistance is needed. So happy to have our offices at Expansive!
I would not recommend this place for Business. Lock in for one year even though I never used office, asked to terminate contract 2 months earlier and no help with that or understanding .
The onboarding/move-in process was very simple thanks to Jeff and Victoria. The building space is clean, secure, and offers great amenities. My new office space is perfect for me! 10/10 experience so far.
Everything was as advertised. Clean room and we had everything we needed. Victoria communicated with me the day prior, and met us in the lobby upon arrival. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!
