I strongly caution entrepreneurs and small businesses against working with Triad Office Solutions, especially if you value access to your capital or need a flexible partner. My experience highlights a rigid, policy-over-people approach that can harm cash-strapped businesses. My initial engagement was for a private office, which required a security deposit of approximately 1 month's rent(this is normal). When I downgraded my service to virtual mail several months ago, this deposit (initially $1,000, now $742.10 owed due to having them take my last payments out of the deposit) was not adjusted or released. They continued to hold a substantial sum for a service I hadn't used in a very long time. The justification was as I didn't cancel completely, they will keep the entire deposit. Upon my official termination of services on November 30, 2025, I have been desperately requesting the return of my $742.10 remaining deposit on file. Management has repeatedly refused, hiding behind a contract clause that gives them a 60-day window. Their reason? They only process refunds "in batches" for their accounting convenience, even within that 60-day period, and will not make exceptions regardless of a former client's urgent need. While they are technically within their contractual rights, this complete lack of empathy and flexibility is a major red flag. A business that prioritizes its own minor administrative convenience over the financial well-being of its clients—especially when holding funds for a service long discontinued—is not a partner you can trust. If you need a coworking or office solution that treats you with understanding and respects your cash flow, look elsewhere. There are better options in Jackson that won't hold your capital hostage to an inflexible batch schedule.
