This room has a 14-foot conference table and 14 comfortable conference chairs with adjustable seating and casters for easy movement.  The room has a 55-inch flat screen TV with wireless HDMI to transmit images wireless from a laptop or other HDMI-compatible device.  This room has a high-quality conference phone to facilitate group calls and has a webcam available to share your meeting with others online.   The room may be made more private by closing the blinds in the windows between the Capitol Room and the Lobby. Several area restaurants deliver and our BCM can provide suggestions.  Complimentary coffee, hot tea and water are available throughout the meeting. 24 Hour Confirmed Notice Required for All Cancellations To Avoid Full Charge.   Notice Must Be Provided During Normal Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM -5 PM.  Thank You.
