If you haven't been in this space - you need to make every effort to get there. Truly a piece of Minnesota history preserved in a great coworking space. The team at Coco are supportive, visible and engaged. Hope we find ways to work together in the future! (I would give 10 stars if an option)

We brought an international book launch event to Coco's North Tower on February 3, 2026. Megan, Ashleigh, Annie, Gabriela, and the entire team did a fabulous job on setting our room and helping secure our vendors, ensuring that all of our attendees had a seamless experience. They were onsite, engaged, and attentive to every detail. We highly recommend this venue and this team for any events you are planning!

I've worked from here a few times, and honestly, it’s a really nice location that has pretty much everything you need. There is a large and comfortable workspace, good and stable internet, all run by solar panels which means the internet keeps working when the power goes out elsewhere on the island. That's a big plus. There are phone booths available for calls as well as separate meeting rooms that can be booked for an additional fee if you need more privacy. The main workspace is a quiet area with some background music, something you may either enjoy or not. The staff is friendly and helpful, and overall it’s a pleasant place to work. I would definitely come back as long as it doesn't get too crowded. Just note that I was asked about 6(!) times to leave a review, including several text messages from different phone numbers, even still after I had already left the island... so here is my review 🙂 For me personally, this was a bit pushy and too much. The same goes for the presence of a community manager who actively invites people to join after work activities. That can be really nice, especially for travelers looking to connect. For me it felt a bit too much and I felt more like a target so she could complete her 'job' rather than that there was genuine interest. I received quite a few messages, while in person we only exchanged a few words. Still, it’s clear that a lot of effort is put into bringing people together and creating a sense of community, which can be a great thing if that's what you’re looking for.

We had a great offsite meeting for our leadership team at Coco Minneapolis! First of all - you can't beat the space - it is gorgeous! The room we met in was all set up for us and had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful - Ashleigh made sure all our needs were met and took care of us. Highly recommend Coco Coworking!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Coco to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Coco.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Coco - Downtown has you covered. The Classroom | Meeting Rooms, The Manhattan | Day Offices and The Menagerie | Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Coco - Downtowns, The Classroom | Meeting Rooms and The Manhattan | Day Offices for an entire day. Additionally, Suite #5s can be booked on a monthly basis.
