Give us a great sense of community.Very Welcoming, and there is a spot for everybody.The call booths are a huge plus. They offer day passes and reasonable memberships, and you can get additional discounts at other places with a membership, which I thought was cool. Bathrooms were super clean and there's a variety of amenities

Just moved to Grand Rapids (remote worker) and very glad I found The Factory. Affordable membership options and flexible commitments so joining was a no-brainer. Met more people in a few hours than three months of living in Michigan working from home! Jay was great, set up my first visit on a few hours notice.

Really enjoyed working at this space during the time period I had to make many personal trips to Grand Rapids(long distance relationship). The community managers (Frederick, Jay) were really great at just introducing me to people and making me feel welcome. Game nights on thursdays are really lovely, and a nice way to meet people. It felt like working at the startup I used to work at, great culture and this was just a really well designed space to get work done! I appreciate the small meeting rooms as well. A huge step up from working at cafes all the time! Thanks for making me welcome during the times I worked in Grand Rapids! Will definitely return whenever I need to work from there again.
