Do not lease here. Ac goes out every summer and winter for weeks at a time. Front desk is usually never available to answer calls. Fuse died in my unit and took them over a month to fix. Reassured me maintenance came and fixed it and never did. Waited to make my months payment still it was fixed. No one responded to me till I had to message everyone. Very unorganized only reach out when they want funds. I reached out to get my client id to pay no response so I returned to my suite and was locked out. Anytime I had a delay in payment I would reach out. They locked me without any notice. Do not lease here.

As the Office Manager at the TKO Office Suites location on 1451 Rockville Pike, Ms. Kawena Baxter provides excellent service to TKO clients. Ms Baxter always greets my incoming clients with an inviting smile and warmth. She also handles administrative tasks with TKO clients efficiently, dependably and with flexibility.

Ive been at TKO for about a year now, our front desk receptionist Kawena is the BEST! Very kind and accommodating any problems she will handle, definitely has made my experience better!
