This is a great office space. The recent renovations create a space that is comfortable and lays a good foundation to support business activities. The very large kitchenette area with its many tables support ad hoc meetups over coffee. The free parking at the site is definitely a plus.

I recently visited the Venture X College Park for a private meeting and my experience was nothing shy of amazing. The location was clean, the owner was extremely accommodating, they had plenty of private space to get work done or simply meet for group events. The common area was spacious with a kitchen large enough to fit your needs. I STRONGLY recommend this space for any work meetings, gatherings or private social events.

I’ve worked from Venture X College Park a few times now, and it’s been a great experience. Parking has been easy every time, and I’ve always been able to find a spot right in front of the building. The space itself is comfortable and well set up for getting work done. They have private phone rooms that are great for meetings, and the community space has huge windows that bring in a lot of natural light and give the whole place a pleasant, open feel. There’s also a deli in the adjacent building that’s really convenient for grabbing lunch. As a consultant who normally works from home, having a professional place to go during the day has been really helpful. I live in Cheverly, MD, and Venture X is only about 15 minutes away, so it gives me the feeling of having a commute and a dedicated work environment without being far from home. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
