Private Office 103 | Common Good Waltham

מקום נחמד לעצירת קפה. אין כל כך אופציות לטבעוניים.

Came in and ordered a Fall Special Coffee. The Maple Sea Salt Shaken Espresso . Described as served in house only. Ok fine. However it said nothing about it being iced on the menu so we were surprised at that. The ‘manager’ I guess never acknowledged or said I’m sorry. We pointed it out and asked if they could serve it hot and his response was ‘we aren’t customizing it. It will always be served on ice. Just his total attitude and lack of customer appreciation or acknowledging that the menu did not say iced. He could have at least offered to change the coffee. Spent $10.50 and left a $2 tip! The flavor was good, the server was good, but let people know ahead of time that it only comes iced. Manager should get a clue and an attitude adjustment or stay in the back of the house. That’s all!

wow what a good cafe i really test and it was very good

Great space, lovely people, very good coffee, quality teas, delicious quiche. A lot of people quietly working on their computers.

I love Common Good so much, and it’s really sad to know that they don’t make good matcha. My order today had me drinking the matcha clumps that were all pooled at the bottom. Great coffee but not so great matcha drink.
