The Staples Podcast Studio is intended for the professional creation of podcasts and recorded media.  The booth is soundproof with professional quality equipment provided.  All users agree to and understand the following:All sessions require a minimum booking of 1.5 hours to account for content creation and file transfer.  Any additional time will be billed on the day of use.No engineering or support is provided.Staples will provide a one time, initial training on the equipment.  The user is responsible for ensuring the quality and execution of the recording.Staples is not responsible for the quality of the end product.All users are expected to respect the equipment and the space must be returned to its original state.This booking does not include use of the coworking space or other amenities.No more than 4 users/guests are permitted in the space.Cancellation Policy: Must provide 24 hrs notice for a full refund.  Same day rescheduling is at the store's discretion.The booking of this space is an agreement to these terms.  Staples reserves the right to restrict the use of the space if use is deemed inappropriate.**All day pass and meeting room users are subject to Staples Coworking terms of use.  For more information, please speak to a staff member.
