Use our Achieve meeting room to enhance your professional presentations to clients, share ideas and develop strategy with your team, or hold a large Zoom meeting and includes: Large digital screen with HDMI connection. Whiteboard. Fast and Secure Wi-Fi. Access to premium brew to cup coffee and light snacks from our Cafe.  Users are welcome to bring in external food or catering for their meetings.  Please coordinate with staff if you need to accommodate catering. Meeting room users will be able to access the coworking space 15 minutes prior to their booking and can use the STAPLES COWORKING APP to access the main door.  Use of the coworking space after the booking requires the purchase of a day pass for only $29 per person (non-members only). Cancellation PolicyReservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.If a reservation is booked with less than 24 hours notice, a guest will have 1 hour from the time they booked to cancel and not be charged for the reservation.  Please email studio@staples.com to process the refund.
