Our Spotlight meeting room is the perfect spot to hold a training session, networking event, or bring your team together and includes: Large digital screen with HDMI connection. Whiteboard. Fast and Secure Wi-Fi. Access to premium brew to cup coffee and light snacks from our Cafe. Users are welcome to bring in external food or catering for their meetings. Please coordinate with staff if you need to accommodate catering. Meeting room users will be able to access the coworking space 15 minutes prior to their booking and can use the STAPLES COWORKING APP to access the main door. Use of the coworking space after the booking requires the purchase of a day pass for only $29 per person (non-members only).
