The Staples location at one Washington mall in Boston, Massachusetts was exceptionally professional and helpful. Gisele Garcia and Duane MILLER were exceptionally helpful to expedite our printing needs and to give us our product in a timely fashion. I could not say enough about the professional professionalism at the store. This was the best staples I ever have entered in my entire life.

Awesome customer service! The staff were so helpful and friendly! They went above & beyond my expectations.
Cesar was so helpful when I needed a large last minute print order. He got it done in 45 min and really went above and beyond for me when I was in a pinch.
Before helping me, the assistant said that she needed to do her job and that it took time and only then could she help me. Even though it was Staples, there should be at least minimal service everywhere.
