I rented a beautiful space in the upstairs of the 5-0 Lou building for the past year and absolutely loved it. Amazing ambiance, great location, and just a super cool space to house my origami art studio. I really love the style of the space and it was a perfect fit for me. My life situation shifted recently so unfortunately I had to move out, but otherwise I would have happily continued renting there for the foreseeable future. Barrett (the landlord) was really great to work with and was very supportive and professional. Highly recommend.
