I've never done this before, but this experience made me feel like I have no choice. To any future customer considering this business, please be careful. Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews for yourself. I have never had staff directly lie, try to change a contract after it is agreed upon, or be passive aggressive like I have experienced here. I wasn't going to post this, but after speaking with several other clients in the building, it seems like this is an unfortunate pattern. Dangerous environment.

I rarely do this, but this experience seems to have left no choice but to let any future customer know what you are getting into. The problems have been one thing after another. Now they are saying they are turning the electricity off and we won’t have access to the elevators or key card system. The staff does not care, they are based in NYC and good luck trying to mitigate something effectively. This new company seems to treat you like a number in their corporate machine, it is unfortunate. Low trust behavior.

This company acquired another company through lawsuit, and now all the former staff is gone. The service is dramatically worse, (people gone, rude staff, ammentities not working), and they use agressive/bullying tactics into coercing former clients into obligation through their 90M revenue via Zoom Info.
