Flexible Lower Level Meeting Space | Brick & Mortar - Park Ridge

Excellent workspace in a fantastic location! It's conveniently located just steps from the Metra stop, making it incredibly easy to get to. The onboarding process was seamless, and everything was ready when we arrived. The space was clean, professional, and well-equipped, making it an ideal setting for our meeting. I had a great experience and would definitely choose this location again.

Not the best cowork space I've ever been to. REALLY crowded. Bought a day pass and was unclear to me where I was allowed to work vs not. Challenging to find phone booths to make phone calls. Not staffed so no one is there to answer Qs. Had to search around to find Wifi login info. Too many people making loud phone calls instead of using a phone booth (I only found 2 by the way). I don't think I'd return.

Very comfortable space with various nooks and crannies to set up your laptop. Highly recommend for a day pass. Parking in the back lot can be a challenge, so you may need to find street parking or walk a smidge.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my experience so far at Brick & Mortar. I’ve genuinely enjoyed the work environment—it’s a great location for business, and the amenities have been extremely convenient. Having access to the bathrooms, phone rooms, conference room, and even the kitchen area has made the workday smooth and enjoyable. I already made myself a cup of coffee there! I’d also like to thank Andrew for being so accommodating during the tour and walkthrough. He provided excellent service and made the onboarding process seamless. We even discussed the possibility of renting the last office suite on the main level for the new year. A 6–12 month lease at around $1,500 per month sounds like a wonderful opportunity as I look to continue growing my business in your space!

This is a super convenient, modern and easy to use space! The staff is very friendly, helpful and supportive. They are super flexible and accommodate any reasonable request. Great people!
