I had a very unpleasant experience at with the front desk employee who had short hair. Her name is Judy. I arrived with my 3-week-old baby, who was sleeping in a stroller. As many parents do, I was using white noise to help my baby stay asleep and avoid being disturbed in a public setting. The employee immediately complained about it and instructed me to lower the volume, even though it was not disruptive. When she asked me why I was there, I explained the reason for my visit. However, she asked me to repeat myself four times while making unusual facial expressions that made me feel uncomfortable and as though she was mocking or criticizing my accent. Her behavior came across as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Additionally, when the staff member who was supposed to take my fingerprints arrived, she immediately walked over to him, looked in my direction, and whispered something to him. This interaction made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Overall, I found her attitude unwelcoming, disrespectful, and lacking the professionalism expected when interacting with members of the public.

This has been a great option for our virtual office. We are all remote and use several offices around the country, but this location is the best. Maddie and Judy are very professional and always helpful. I would highly recommend using their services.

Stopped in to check out the facility, very warm and welcoming foyer. Easy to navigate, and has a modern professional design. Also, the front desk associate, Maddie, helped me out, and she was very pleasant.

Maddie was very kind when I came in for my appointment. She was friendly and welcoming and showed me exactly where I needed to go.
